Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.

All original tags and packaging must still be attached or included.

Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Please contact Your Lucky Deals before returning any item so that we can provide you with the necessary return instructions.
Swimwear & Hygiene Items
For hygiene reasons, swimwear may only be returned if it has not been worn or tried on without appropriate underwear, and all hygiene protection, tags and packaging remain intact.
Items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons after being unsealed or used cannot be accepted for return.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when you receive it. If an item is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible.
Where applicable, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about an online purchase, please contact us within the applicable return period.
Unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item, return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original delivery charges may not be refundable where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether the return has been accepted.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Click & Collect
Online orders collected through our Click & Collect service are subject to the applicable consumer rights for online purchases.
In-Store Purchases
Change-of-mind returns for purchases made directly from our physical shop are subject to our in-store returns policy. This does not affect your legal rights where an item is faulty or not as described.
